If you are not a legal resident of Canada, you are covered up to the Policy Limit for the amount which you must pay to the Rental Agency in the event of a physical loss or damage to the Rental Vehicle occurring in Canada or the United States of America while the Rental Vehicle is in the care, custody or control of an Insured.
