Notify your rental car company of the damage immediately. If the costs are likely to exceed $3,000, please notify us via our claim form as soon as possible.

Step 2
Use our claim form to report all incidents once your rental period is complete.

Step 3
Submit documents including photos, police reports, your rental vehicle agreement and repair invoices. Generally, we resolve damage claims directly with your rental company.

We pay 98% of claims within 3 business days. Settlement times may differ.

If your rental company provides you with a new vehicle, your RentalCover policy will also cover the new vehicle for the duration of your protection period. To be covered, this vehicle must be a like-for-like exchange with the one you rented. You do not need to notify us of the vehicle exchange.
