Why was my policy cancelled?
If you booked RentalCover Protection through one of our partners' websites, any change to your car rental will be reflected on your RentalCover Protection. If youโve cancelled your car booking on our partnerโs website, your insurance will also automatically be cancelled.ย

If youโve received our cancellation email but you didnโt want to cancel our cover, you should verify your car's booking status on the website you booked through.ย

To repurchase RentalCover Protection, simply log in to yourย RentalCoverย Account, using your email and your RentalCover Protectionย reference number. This is the number which ends with "-INS" that can be found in the subject line of your confirmation email.
