How to Activate RentalCover with Apple ID or Hide My Email

When you first visit RentalCover you will need to activate your account by clicking the link in your RentalCover confirmation email. However, if you use Apple’s Hide My Email settings, or sign up using an iCloud email address or Safari web browser, we may not be able to send you a confirmation as your email is not shared with us.

If you can’t find any emails from RentalCover, please contact us by replying to any of our emails.

Once you receive your confirmation email, you can click the link to activate your account. You will need to nominate a personal email address to associate with your RentalCover Account, which you can then use to log in.

Once you have set up your RentalCover Account, you should be able to easily log in, view your RentalCover Protection documents, make changes and start a claim.

Apple Privacy

Apple also has a Privacy feature that gives you additional privacy when browsing the web in Safari. This feature is available on all Apple devices for iCloud + users and is enabled and disabled from your Settings.

While Private Relay offers additional privacy, it can also make it difficult for RentalCover to help you if you need assistance in case of an emergency as it can hide your location. You can disable Apple iCloud Private Relay or view your settings at any time.
