Provider Restrictions: Due to coverage limitations, we cannot price-beat quotes from third-party providers such as CarInsuRent, Care Excess Hire, CoverWise, Eversure, or Cover4Rentals.
Geographic Exclusions: The destination country is Iceland, or the policyholder is a resident of the United States or Canada.
Incomplete Information: Any required details were missing from your submission.
Timing: The request was submitted less than two business days before your scheduled pickup date.
Inferior Coverage: The alternative quote offers less protection than RentalCover (e.g., lower coverage limits, hidden excesses, or additional fees for extra drivers).
Specific Products: You are purchasing Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) for rentals within the US.
Partner Bookings: The protection was purchased via one of our approved partner websites. Our partners manage their own bundled pricing and packaging.
Mismatched Trip Details: The quote does not match your specific trip, vehicle type, or protection needs. We only price-beat quotes tailored to your specific vehicle; we cannot accept "multi-vehicle" or generic fleet quotes.
Existing Credits: You have an active RentalCover credit. Promotional offers and price-beats cannot be combined.
Post-Purchase Requests: You have already completed your RentalCover purchase. Price-beat requests must be made prior to buying.
Restricted Corridors: Certain combinations of residency and destination are ineligible (e.g., a Canadian resident traveling to the US with Collision Damage Insurance).
