What do I do if my payment declines?
If you’re experiencing payment issues when purchasing your RentalCover Protection, the following troubleshooting steps may help resolve the issue.
Ensure you have entered all the correct details and try again.
Make the payment using a different card if possible.
Try purchasing your protection with a different browser.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Check your internet for any connectivity issues.
If the above steps do not work, try creating a new quote for your purchase and proceed to payment again. Please make sure you are logged in while creating a new quote.
